PfadR regulated S-FadE

FadE gene in S. enterica and in E.coli have similar function. Yet it is shown that S-FadE has far better efficiency compared to FadE in E.coli. The original S-FadE gene contains a PstI restriction site. This part has already been point mutated (The G at 1983bp was mutated to A). We assembled S-FadE with PfadR (BBa_K861060) hoping it will only be overexpressed when fatty acids concentration is high.
